Yet Another New Format For Posting Your
Cartoon Related Question or Request

I just haven't had the time to answer all of the numerous requests that I have been receiving, and back in October 1997 I instituted a Request Page Guestbook for posting requests. In January 1998 I began using a Search function and Message Board format that was supplied by XPoint CGI. On February 15, 1998 XPoint CGI became unaccessable, without any explanation. I have found a new service to replace the Message Board, courtesy of InsideTheWeb.
