I remember this show from the eighties
about a teen band that gets transformed into
cartoons. I think it's called "Kidd Video." Can you
please help me find more information on it?

Kidd Video was seen on NBC-TV from September 15, 1984 through September 6, 1986. It was produced by DIC Enterprise Productions in association with Saban Productions.
The show featured four talented teenage rock musicians who are zapped into the fourth dimension where they visit the Flip Side, a strange, bizarre world where the laws of nature don't exist and anything is possible. The Flip Side is a bright, airy, upbeat, non-threatening environment, except for the diabolical Master Blaster of Bad Vibes (voiced by Peter Renaday), who with the help of The Copy Cats, tries to steal the sound of the famed musical group. The live action/animated program was further highlighted by Top 40 hits, which were inventively animated. 26 half-hour episodes were produced.
Additional voices were Bryan Scott as Kidd, the groups leader; Steve Alterman as Ash; Robbie Rist as Whiz; Gabrielle Bennett as Carla; Cathy Cavadini as Glitter, a friend of Kidd Video's; Marshall Efron as Fat Cat; Susan Silo as She Lion; and Robert Towers as Cool Kitty.

What can you tell me about the dog that loved biscuits.
I think his name was "Snuffles" on the QuickDraw McGraw
cartoon series. Once he'd get a biscuit he'd jump way
up in the air and then float down slowly.
Was it on QuickDraw McGraw? Who made this cartoon?

I was wondering if you knew of any information

Shazzan, a Hanna-Barbera Production, ran on CBS-TV from September 9, 1967 through September 6, 1969. There's a page devoted to Shazzan! at:

I would be grateful if you could tell me
the names of the 2 chipmunks who appeared
on the the Bugs Bunny Show.
I believe you're referring to the two "Goofy Gophers", not chipmunks. They first appeared in the 1947 short of the same name.
The gophers were originally both voiced by Mel Blanc, but in the 1950's Stan Freberg took over voicing duties for one of the gophers. Regarding the names of the gophers, the ever helpful Jon Cooke,who does the GREAT Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies Information Page has come to my aid again. Jon wrote:
"...They were never named in any of their cartoons, but they were given the names Mac and Tosh on "The Bugs Bunny Show", this remains their official names to this day. They never revealed which one was Mac and which one was Tosh (alot like Heckle and Jeckle)".

When I was a kid in the early 70's, there was a
cartoon on tv called either "Sinbad" or "Sinbad The Sailor".
I can barely remember the show.....but as I recall, Sinbad
sailed around with a parrot named Salty and had a belt
with powers that he tightened to activate. I have been
searching for about 5 years trying to locate some tape of it.
Most people have never even heard of it.
Where I was from, Sinbad came on between Speed Racer
and Kimba The White Lion. So it is possible that Sinbad was
Japanese, but I don't remember.
If you have ANY information, please let me know.
Sindad Jr. was originally developed by American International and produced by Sam Singer. The production was taken over by Hanna-Barbera. The rights are currently held by American International's predecessor, Orion Pictures. I am not aware of any video releases of the cartoon, and the last time I recall it being aired was on WTBS, Atlanta in the early 1980's.

named my real life turtle after him.

Just wondering if you had any information

on your site featuring the old "Wizard of Oz"
cartoon that was produced for the CBC out of
Canada in the late 50's/early 60's. My husband
and I enjoyed the cartoons and thought they
were the weirdest, esp. the end credits and music.

"Tales from the Wizard of Oz" was produced by Arthur Rankin Jr. and Jules Bass at Canada's Videocraft International in 1961. It was syndicated in the United States. Rankin and Bass later went on to produce holiday specials such as the 1964 Animagic classic, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

What a fantastic site!
Hope you can help... I'm looking for the name
(and a picture, if possible) of a cartoon
featuring a white horse. He wore a gun and
holster around his waist (he was a sheriff, I believe)
and stood on his hind legs.
The horse you're referring to was Quick Draw McGraw, who fought bad guys in the Old West with his sidekick, Baba Looey.

The Banana Splits airs Friday night/Saturday mornings at 2:30 am EST on the Cartoon Network.

I am desperate. You are my last hope to find my lost
childhood toon. I think I might be called the bugboos or
bug a boos. It featured a dinosaur that shot tennisball size
bombs out of his horn, a monster that resembles "Thing" ,
Two monster blobs ( big and small ), and of course a dragon
that shot lasers from his eyes and the tip of his tail. I am sorry
that this is all I can remember. Please help me find my lost

The cartoon you're referring to was titled The Herculoids. It was produced by Hanna-Barbera and was originally seen on CBS-TV from September 9, 1966 through September 6, 1969. It was later rerun on NBC-TV from February 4, 1978 through September 2, 1978.
The Herculoids were defenders of a jungle planet in a distant galaxy. The bizarre looking creatures included Zok, the flying dragon who could emit powerful lazer rays from his eyes and tail; Tundro the Tremendous, an armored, ten legged rhinoceros with a horn that doubled as a repeating cannon; and Igoo, a Thing-like King Kong-size gorilla of granite with formidable brute strength. There also was a pair of formless, fearless wonders, Gloop and Gleep, who could seperate into parts or become any size.
The main pastime of the grotesque group was to protect King Zandor, his wife, Princess Tara and their son Dorno from invading mutants and super robots from alien worlds. Zandor, armed with a shield and a missile hurling sling-shot, rode atop Zok in his quest to assist the Herculoids in their mission to defend his kingdom.
I encoded the theme in RealAudio and put it on the Toon Tracker RealAudio Themes from 66-69 page.
