– After the tremendous success of “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe®,”
BCI Eclipse, a Navarre Corporation Company, and leading UK media company and
underlying rights owner, Entertainment Rights Plc (“ER”) who licensed the
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe® rights to BCI, released the second and final
installment of “The New Adventures of He-Man®” Volume Two.
The six DVD set, released under BCI’s Ink & Paint brand, includes the last 32 digitally
remastered episodes from the first season of the ‘90s animated series. The set became available March 27th,
2007at a suggested retail price of $49.98.
“The New
Adventures of He-Man®,”
Volume Two, is the second release in a two volume set that includes all 65
original episodes of the popular animated saga. Both He-Man®
volumes, combined with prior He-Man® and She-Ra® DVD releases, form a unique “spine art mural.”
In
a future filled with danger and adventure, He-Man, the Galactic Guardians, and
Master Sebrian wage a never-ending battle against Skeletor, Flogg and his band
of Mutants to keep them from breaking through the endangered planet of Primus'
protective shield. The battle for Primus takes an unexpected turn when the
villains make their presence felt on the planet Necron, sparking a war between
the peace-loving Mytes and the war-like Gleanons. Good against evil, the battle
will reach its conclusion in the most spectacular manner, with He-Man and his
allies now fighting a war across two planets
